Outside of performing and studying, Cecilia enjoys teaching pupils of all ages and levels, both in schools and private one-to-one settings. She has over eight years of experience delivering private and group instrumental lessons, as well as academic music lessons, both online and in person. Most recently, she worked as a Teacher of Music at Queen's College London, in addition to delivering instrumental lessons. Previously, she taught for the Tri-Borough Music Hub and Royal College of Music Teaching Service, providing music tuition to varied groups within schools, workshops and extra-curricular programmes.
In independent settings, Cecilia works with a wide range of students, from age 4 through to diploma level, following the ABRSM and Trinity syllabi, as well as independent curricula, with the aim of inspiring and supporting each student to achieve their musical goals. As a committed and experienced violin teacher, she carefully researches and plans each lesson in advance, tailoring content to best suit the student’s individual needs, interests and aspirations.
